HYDRAFACIAL
Hydrafacial is a patented system that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin. Each treatment takes about 30 minutes and consists of 3 steps. The entire procedure is painless and has no downtime.
The Hydrafacial starts with a gentle exfoliation. This is followed by mild suctioning to remove dead skin and dirt from pores. During this process, a moisturising serum is simultaneously infused to hydrate the skin. Finally, the skin is infused with a concoction of antioxidants and peptides to give it a shine.
The Hydrafacial is synergistic with lasers and chemical peels. The exfoliation from the Hydrafacial, when done before chemical peels and lasers, allows the active ingredients from the peels and the energy from the laser to work more effectively.
CALECIM
Calecim products contain extracts of umbilical cord lining, which is a rich source of epithelial and mesenchymal stem cells. It has been scientifically proven to hasten wound recovery. Tests also show an increase in thickness and health of the skin after application of Calecim.
When the Calecim serum is applied after an ablative laser procedure, such as the Fractional CO2 laser, it can shorten the recovery time from the laser. Additionally, it can stimulate collagen production, potentially giving a better result from the procedure.
Calecim serum can also be applied via DEP (Dermoelectroporation). The DEP utilizes gentle electric current to open up microchannels in the skin so that anything applied to the skin can be absorbed more easily, without the need for injections. Calecim is applied during the procedure to promote healing and rejuvenation, improving the results and decreasing recovery time from treatments. This process is comfortable and painless.
LED LIGHT
Light-emitting Diodes (LED) is a form of light therapy that utilises varying wavelengths of light for different purposes. The blue LED light is usually used to treat acne, while red LED light can be used to speed up the resolution of bruises.
Each treatment takes about 20 minutes and is well tolerated. Possible side effects are minor and include very mild dryness or redness.
