With 17 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, Christal’s journey is a testament to her dedication. Starting out as a consultant, her drive and natural leadership eventually led her to the role of Studio Director, where she gained invaluable operational exposure across the Asia Pacific.

Since joining Astute in October 2021, Christal has become the cornerstone of our clinic's operations. What began as a Clinic Manager position rapidly expanded as she demonstrated a profound talent for mentoring.

 

Today, she actively coaches our staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Her comprehensive knowledge of aesthetic treatments, paired with her empathetic leadership, is instrumental in driving the clinic’s ongoing success.

Beyond her professional life, Christal is an adventurer at heart. As a devoted mother of two boys, she balances her demanding career and family life with remarkable grace. She loves traveling to explore new cultures, enjoys cooking for her loved ones at home, and always relies on a strong cup of traditional kopi to kickstart her busy mornings.
