Dr Foo graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia, with a Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Medical Science.

She gained broad clinical experience in Singapore's public hospitals, including experience in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, where she developed an appreciation for facial anatomy, proportion and the thoughtful restoration of form.

Her prior experience in radiology strengthened her understanding of anatomy through medical imaging and inspired a particular interest in ultrasound-guided aesthetic injections, to improve treatment precision and safety.

Dr Foo is accredited by the Dermatological Society of Singapore and the Aesthetic Dermatology Educational Group to perform a comprehensive range of aesthetic procedures.

Her approach centres on safety, restraint and natural-looking outcomes. She uses gradual, well-timed interventions to support the face and maintain healthy skin quality over time, potentially reducing the need for more extensive correction later.

She has a special interest in acne-scar treatment, dark eye-circle correction, facial rebalancing and non-surgical lifting, using tailored combination treatments to achieve meaningful improvements.
