Four Steps to HydraFacial
Step one: Vortex Exfoliation
The first part of the process is exfoliation.
Our skin cells are always dying and replenishing. Eventually they shed on their own, but exfoliation helps the process along so your skin feels fresh and revitalized. It also helps to brighten up your complexion.
Once all the dead cells are sloughed off, though, the healthy cells help your skin look bright and clean. Our therapists will use a deplaning tool to sweep the dead skin cells and debris away. This also helps to open up your pores, which leads to increased skin hydration.
Step two: Acid Peel
The second step is a non-irritant mix of glycolic and salicylic acid. The peel hydrates the skin with a nutrient-rich solution that also deeply penetrates the pores.
The solution gets in and loosens debris from deep inside your pores to allow it to be removed later on. The solution also leaves the skin feeling soft and refreshed.
Step three: Vortex Extraction
Our therapists will then use the HydraFacial wand that acts as a vacuum and sucks all the gunk and debris out of your clogged pores.
As the acid peel would have helped to loosen the debris inside your pores, it then ease the process of extraction.
Step four: Vortex Fusion
The last step of the process is vortex fusion because it ties the whole treatment together. The wand applies collagen and an antioxidant serum into the skin that promotes hydration and elasticity.
This serum helps to diminish the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, uneven skin tones, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and oiliness.

HydraFacial Elite MD comes with great features for cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration, alongside facial massages.
These include LED lights, lymphatic drainage cups, and disposable tips. The treatment cleanses skin deeply and delivers nutrient-rich serums for a clearer and more radiant appearance.
Hydra Lymphatic Drainage
This will help to improve blood circulation in the skin, providing detoxification, toning and a firming effect to the skin.
LED Therapy
This helps to reduce skin redness and helps to optimise the penetration of antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid serum.
Refined Skin Tone & Skin Texture
HydraFacial helps to exfoliate dead skin cells and extracts impurities with a vacuum-based skin abrasion tip. This includes simultaneously bathing the healthy underlying skin with active serums that exfoliate thoroughly, cleanse deeply, hydrate completely, and provide residual antioxidant protection.
Hydrated Skin
The HydraFacial treatment gets its name from the word “hydrate”, which is defined as “to cause to take up moisture”.
It works by removing dead skin cells and impurities while simultaneously bathing the new skin with solutions that contain cleansing, hydrating and moisturizing properties. This results in improved suppleness and elasticity of the skin.
