refund policy

As a registered medical clinic, ASTUTE MEDICAL CLINIC has established a Refund Policy to protect the interest s of our customers and uphold the integrity of our medical aesthetics services. Our policy is compliance with the professional standards set by regulatory bodies in the medical field, ensuring that our customers are treated fairly in case they are unsatisfied with their experience or outcomes.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

1.1 Any refund requests made will only be considered strictly on a case-by-case basis.

2. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

2.1 An administrative fee of hundred dollars ($100) will be imposed by the company for refunds.

3. REFUND REQUEST

3.1 To initiate a refund request, customers must submit the Refund Request Form (provided by ASTUTE MEDICAL CLINIC) no later than 90 days from the date of purchase.

3.2 Supporting documents, such as a valid doctor's medical report documenting skin sensitivity or unsuitability of treatments, must be included for refund requests.

4. PACKAGE SESSIONS

4.1 In the event of unutilised package sessions, ASTUTE MEDICAL CLINIC reserves the right to determine the value of the refund amount.

Please note:

The refund processing time may take up to 8 weeks for funds to be deposited to the original payment option, or to the listed refund option.
