What is Ellansé?
Elansé works differently to traditional hyaluronic acid fillers, which only addresses lines, wrinkles and folds by filling up lost volume. Instead, Elansé works by stimulating the collagen causing it to restore the skin to a more youthful state.
Ellansé fillers contains polycaprolactone (PCL), a bioresorbable medical polymer that stimulates neocollagenesis. This process allows your skin to naturally produce collagen over 3-6 months, which fights against and slows down the effects of aging.

How does it work?
Ellanse fillers are made of precisely engineered microspheres from a biodegrable, synthetic material called polycaprolactone (PCL), which are homogeneously suspended in a tailor-made aqueous Carboxy-methylcellulose (CMC) gel-carrier.
Like traditional fillers, Ellanse fills up the volume-deficient areas on our faces immediately.
At the same time, the PCL microspheres present in Ellanse stimulates neocollagenesis, resulting in long lasting volumization as your body produces collagen to replace the fillers which are reabsorbed naturally by your body over time.
This fights against, and slows down further effects of aging.
Areas for Ellanse
Temples
Sunken temples make the face look skeletonized and aged. This may happen due to aging, or due to excessive weight loss. With Ellanse, it is possible to restore the temples to their normal fullness and create a more youthful facial contour.
Cheeks
As we age, our cheeks lose volume and this causes us to lose this beautiful S-shaped curve on the face. Ellanse can be applied to help restore the missing volume to the cheeks, resulting in a more youthful appearance.
Nasolabial Folds / Laughter Lines
Deep nasolabial lines are commonly due to two factors: skin sagging and volume loss. Skin sagging can be addressed with skin tightening treatments, but loss of volume on the face will require volume replacement with either a filler or Ellanse.
Cheeks Hollow
Ellanse is excellent at reducing hollows below the cheekbones. These hollows make the cheekbones more prominent and make the face look aged due to excessive hollowing.
Chin
Lengthening the chin has many beneficial effects. The face becomes more V-shaped, and the whole face looks slightly slimmer. As the chin filler takes up some of the loose skin from below the chin, the appearance of the double chin is also significantly reduced.
